- Booking Deposit & Payments - All services require a deposit of 50%, This is to be paid prior to the commencement of The Photography shoot.
- Cancellation - if the Client should cancel this agreement more than six calendar days before the shoot, any booking fee can be transferred to another session. A refund will not be given for cancellations made without a valid reason.
- Photographic Materials and Copyright: All photographic materials, such as original files, will be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer will own the copyright on all the images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibitions, advertising and self promotion. Usage outside of this agreement will require client's consent.
- Client's Usage - The client is obtaining image for personal use only, should not sell or authorise any reproductions there of by parties other than the Photographer. If the client is obtaining an image/print for reproduction. Photographer may authorises Client to reproduce the image/print only as set forth under Special usage requirements. The copyright and the credit for the Photographer should be placed adjacent to the photograph on publication.
- Social Media - This clause applies to all social media, when published online it is required that the citation of the photographer is made. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter the photographs that are placed on the public Internet. The images cannot be altered, cropped or edited in any way.
- High - Resolution Images - All images will be delivered in High Resolution format via Drop Box
- Retaining Images - Captured by Amanda will keep client images for one year, after the photography session, and is not liable for any claims after this period.
- Liability - It is the client's responsibility to take care of the children, Captured By Amanda Photography will not accept any responsibility due to any accident to children or damage to public or private properties during the photo shooting or consultation session.
